​This a thorough assessment designed for individuals experiencing neurological or neuroimmune-related conditions. This consultation is not available for telehealth or online unless, under exceptional circumstances, please call /email the clinic to discuss. If you are flying interstate for this consultation, please also call the clinic to discuss. 

Once you book in your consultation you will be emailed several forms to fill out, these forms will need to be sent back a minimum of 1 week prior to your appointment, so please plan accordingly. Prior to your consultation I will conduct a detailed review of your neurological intake forms, medical history, symptoms, medications, and previous test results including any CTs or MRIs conducted.

During the Initial Consultation we will then discuss your past medical history, symptoms and conduct neurological physical exams. Time taken to review your intake forms, documents and scans prior to our 3 hour consultation is factored into the cost of this consultation.

This is for new clients (or existing clients who have not had an appointment in 3 months.) This is a comprehensive assessment to discuss your symptoms and health concerns in detail. During this session, Valerie will spend ample time discussing your medical history, blood tests, lifestyle, stressors and diet. Prior to the appointment you will be asked to fill out a New Patient Intake form which will allow Valerie to prepare for your consult in advance ensuring the time spent in session is focused and productive. Included in the session is ordering of additional tests, supplement recommendations or writing of referral letters. (Additional testing and supplement costs are in addition to the consultation cost).

This is for clients who have already had an Initial Consultation. Valerie will discuss your test results and what the findings mean in the context of your overall health and treatment plan, making necessary adjustments or new recommendations if necessary. Valerie will also discuss any changes in your symptoms, address new or ongoing concerns, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Included in this cost is a comprehensive review of your tests from a functional medicine perspective prior to your consultation.

This is for clients who have had extensive testing done and more time is needed to go through the test results with you. Or for clients who would like that little bit more time for their consultation. In this session Valerie will discuss your test results and what the findings mean in the context of your overall health and treatment plan, making necessary adjustments or new recommendations if necessary. Valerie will also discuss any changes in your symptoms, address new or ongoing concerns, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Included in this cost is the time Valerie spends doing a comprehensive review of your tests from a functional medicine perspective prior to your consultation.
